TERMS, SHIPPING
& RETURNS.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odour, marks and pet hair, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. We inspect every return. Items that fail inspection are returned to you at our cost and no refund is issued.

Refunds go back to the original payment method for the item price plus any tax paid. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is caused by our error or a defect. Return shipping is free for Canada and the continental United States; elsewhere a flat $18 CAD return-label fee is deducted from the refund. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Size exchanges are free within the same 30-day window, subject to stock. Because drops are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee your size will still exist — if it doesn't, we refund in full.

Gift cards, worn or altered items, and anything returned after the 30-day window. Headwear and accessories are returnable only with hygiene seals and tags intact.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email support@1vision.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your statutory rights are not affected.

Canadian orders include GST/HST. US and international orders may incur import duties and taxes on arrival, payable by the recipient. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation; unclaimed parcels returned to us are refunded less shipping.

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Changes are only possible before dispatch — email us immediately. We are not responsible for parcels delivered correctly to an address you supplied incorrectly.

By browsing or ordering from this store you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published when you order.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order — including for pricing errors, suspected resale or bot activity, or stock shortfalls on limited drops — before dispatch.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is selected and exclude duties. Payment is captured at checkout. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Drop pieces are produced in fixed runs and are not restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; stock is allocated at payment. Purchase limits may apply per customer or address to keep drops fair.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

No bots, scrapers, automated checkout tools, resale-arbitrage scripts, or attempts to interfere with the store. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders that breach this clause.

We photograph every piece under a single light with no retouching, but screens vary. Minor variation in colour, wash and hand-feel is inherent to garment-dyed goods and is not a defect.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts. Your mandatory local consumer rights are unaffected.

Contact and delivery details, order history, payment confirmations (never full card numbers — those go straight to our payment processor), account credentials, marketing preferences, and technical data such as device, browser and pages viewed.

To take payment and fulfil orders, handle returns and support, prevent fraud and bot purchasing, send drop announcements you asked for, and improve the store. We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, and your consent for marketing.

Our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email provider, and analytics tools — each only to the extent needed to run the store. We never sell your personal data.

Order and tax records for seven years as required by law; marketing data until you unsubscribe; analytics data for 26 months.

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent — including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where that applies to you. Email privacy@1vision.com and we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data may be processed outside your country under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and a PCI-compliant payment processor; no method of transmission is completely secure.
